An ideal candidate for the Metrodora Institute Center for Health Creation CHC is a clinical-scientist-innovator driven to advance the field of Physical Therapy through research-informed, patient-centric clinical programming. This role is for a team-oriented clinician driven by curiosity to collaborate and advance multidisciplinary care for individuals with complex, neuroimmune axis disorders. Although excellence in clinical care is paramount, we also seek a research- minded practitioner who is eager to use the unique resources of Metrodora to drive care, cures, and medical innovations in this burgeoning healthcare space. To facilitate the advancement of science in this area, our model integrates research across all clinical spaces, offers in-house funding, houses a first-of-its-kind multimodal biobank, and offers access to our dedicated science team comprised of global thought leaders, research coordinators, scientific writers, and data scientists.

The Metrodora Institute CHC includes, among others, neurorehabilitation psychology, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, and medical social work. In addition to the CHC, Metrodora Institute is comprised of a multidisciplinary clinic, infusion center, neuroimmunogastroenterology specialized pathology laboratory and the Center for Advanced Interventions (CAI), a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. The CHC team works collaboratively with our entire clinical team, including Neurogastroenterologists and Immunologists to develop novel care pathways for patients. Metrodora Institute is an entirely ambulatory outpatient facility with no on-call or inpatient coverage requirements. We have also intentionally invested in leading technologies and depth of exceptional staffing to achieve true work-life balance and unsurpassed patient care.

Experience/Education requirements for this position include:

  • Pass on NPTE
  • Experience in managing neurologic conditions and/or vestibular dysfunctions
